DALLAS
Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas announced the redesign and renovation of level one of the 34,000-square-foot conference center. Begun in late December, the project was recently completed and the resort is already booking groups in the updated meeting space.
Richmond International’s design of the space includes new stone flooring throughout the common areas, custom designed carpet, feature wall coverings and pendant lighting, with a modern color palette of slate greys, neutrals and accents of sage. Tasteful furnishings will complement the design, as well as offer up more communal gathering spaces throughout the entire lower level.
“In redesigning the conference spaces we intended to bring a fresh, clean aesthetic that would complement the existing volumes and seamlessly blend to form a cohesive, contemporary interior,” says Fiona Thompson, design director of Richmond International who helped lead the redesign project.
The addition of a new 4,400-square-foot space, the Lantana Room and deck, aims to enhance selection of venue offerings for meetings and social events. The Lantana Room includes a floor-to-ceiling window wall of natural light and can be divided into two equal sections for up to 400 guests. The outdoor deck will be accentuated with seasonal landscaping to add to the ambiance of the space. Additionally, the Pecos Room will offer more than 600 square feet of new breakout space in the conference center.
“Group business in North Texas couldn’t be healthier, and with the extensive renovation and new room additions, we are excited to offer a more comprehensive list of venue options for our guests to fulfill their event needs,” said Dirk Burghartz, GM of Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas.
