The Osprey at Beaver Creek, A RockResort announced the appointment of Ryan Murray to the position of executive chef.
Bringing more than 15 years of knowledge and experience, Chef Ryan will oversee the culinary operations at The Osprey Fireside Grill, Osprey Events & Banquets and the Trappers Cabin, all known for farm-to-table cuisine.
Chef Murray worked his way up from the kitchen line to executive chef with a variety of luxury hotels and restaurants including The Arrabelle at Vail Square A RockResort and Equinox Resort and Spa in Manchester, Vt. Prior to his most recent role as Sous Chef at The Osprey, Chef Ryan was the sous chef and banquet sous chef at the Vail Marriot Mountain Resort.

Chef Ryan received his formal culinary training from Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts. When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Ryan enjoys taking advantage of all of the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer including hiking, camping, fishing, and snowboarding, as well as, trying new restaurants and cuisines.
