Crowne Plaza Memphis Downtown, a 230-room hotel completed a multimillion-dollar renovation.
The renovation focused on creating modern, spacious rooms, including new carpet, window treatments, fresh paint, 43-inch, flat-screen TVs, lounge chairs and end tables, as well as the addition of a refrigerator and in-room safes in each room. The 9th and 10th floors received additional upgrades with 49-inch, flat-screen TVs, upgraded bathroom vanity mirrors and additional bathroom, hallway and elevator wall and floor treatments.

From exterior updates, including new signage and lighting, to the new main entrance and reception desk, the arrival is welcoming. Guests can enjoy a fully renovated and redesigned restaurant with the addition of outdoor patio seating on the Blues Patio, which is fully equipped with cooling and mist fans, an updated closed buffet area and new state-of-the-art bar.
Crowne Plaza Memphis Downtown offers rooms with views of the Memphis skyline, efficient, user-friendly workspace, free Wi-Fi, as well as in-room safes and refrigerators. Guests can also enjoy an exercise facility and socialize in a specially designed quiet seclusion public area or a multitude of entertainment options.
The property features 8,600 square feet of function space in eight meeting rooms and a 2,300-square-foot renovated ballroom with a capacity for 250. Groups can also use the new Blues Patio for private events.
