BEACHWOOD, Ohio
As part of a significant expansion into the Midwest, DelMonte Hotel Group will develop and operate a new AC by Marriott in Beachwood, Ohio, just east of Cleveland. The 145-room property is slated to open in spring 2018 as part of the new 58-acre Pinecrest mixed-use development, which will encompass 400,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 square feet of offices and 90 apartments at Interstate 271 and Harvard Road.

The Ohio development is the first in the state and continues the expansion strategy by DelMonte Hotel Group across the east and into the Midwest. Earlier this year, the company opened the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South–Robinson Mall in Pennsylvania.
DelMonte Hotel Group currently operates 14 hotels with 1,485 rooms in seven cities.
