DALLAS
Westin Galleria Dallas announced the completion of a multimillion-dollar refresh of the property. The overhaul included an update of all guest rooms and suites, the lobby and meeting spaces, as well as the property’s on-site restaurant, The Second Floor. In addition to updating the 448 guest rooms and 10 suites, the refresh updated meeting spaces and transformed the lobby by modernizing the space.
“This refresh shows our commitment to providing each guest with a world-class experience and complete sense of renewal during their stay with us,” said Greg White, general manager of the Westin Galleria Dallas. “Our guest rooms now include top-of-the-line features and amenities while the lobby and public spaces have evolved to offer our guests a bright and airy welcome the moment they walk in.”
Highlighted in the Westin’s recent transformation was a complete refresh of all guest rooms, which now feature updated furniture, including brand-new Westin Heavenly Beds. Special light fixtures with device charging USB ports allow guests to stay connected. A “Westin Haven” community work table in the lobby, along with computers and a printer for guests, allow for quick and on-the-spot business needs.
A new lobby buffet area boasts regular coffee service as well as a cupcake ritual on weekends. The hotel’s 54,000 square feet of customizable meeting space was overhauled with modernized surroundings, and now offers fresh, elegant rooms capable of hosting any event.
The entire hotel has also been upgraded to provide guests with high-speed wireless internet, including 15 Mbps basic service and 30 Mbps premium internet. In addition, the property offers 24-hour support.
