1 Hotels, a luxury lifestyle hotel brand, announced that the newest addition to its portfolio, 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, is on track for a February 2017 debut. The property will offer a number of indoor and outdoor meeting options, including room for a 600-person standing reception at Meadow Rue by Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Located at Pier 1, just south of the bridge in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood and minutes from downtown Manhattan, the 10-story sustainable ground-up development is designed by Incorporated and will feature 194 guest rooms with sliding floor-to-ceiling windows—many offering views of the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge and New York skyline—including 29 two to six bedroom suites and The Riverhouse, its Presidential Suite.
Hotel guests can utilize the Bamford Spa, a signature fitness center, a yoga and barre studio, and more than 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 50-seat screening room. All aspects of the hotel’s design and construction were chosen to reflect a commitment to environmentally responsible hospitality.
