ANAHEIM, Calif.
Hilton Anaheim announced the appointment of Frost Williams as senior sales manager responsible for the Midwest market.
Williams joins the Hilton Anaheim team after spending four years as convention sales development manager at Visit Milwaukee.
"Frost is a tremendous asset to our team," said Chris Anderson, director of Sales, Hilton Anaheim. "His knowledge of convention sales and the Midwest market-which is a market that plays a huge part of the success of the hotel and the destination of Anaheim."
In his new position, Williams will be responsible for seeking out new citywide and in-house group opportunities as well as maintaining close relationships with existing customers throughout the Midwest along with Colorado and Texas. He will remain in Milwaukee and sell Hilton Anaheim remotely so that he can be more accessible to his clients throughout the Midwest.
Prior to working with Visit Milwaukee, Williams served as director of group sales for the Hilton St. Louis Ballpark, associate director of sales for Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch and the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Md., senior sales manager Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Fla., and senior sales Manager for Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Williams earned a business degree in marketing from Miami University of Ohio. He currently serves as the VP of Communications for the MPI Wisconsin Chapter.
Hilton Anaheim is adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and offers 1,572 guest rooms and over 100,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 28,500-square-foot California Pavilion that can accommodate up to 2,800 guests.
