NEW YORK, N.Y.
The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester announced William Yahr as the new hotel general manager. In his new role, Yahr will be responsible for all operations of the 146-room hotel and the two Ritz-Carlton residential towers.
Yahr joins the hotel from The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami where he served as the hotel manager. He has been with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for over 10 years, having worked at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park, The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, and The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami.

Yahr is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Institutional Management. He began his hospitality profession with The Waldorf Astoria New York as a management trainee and quickly grew his hospitality career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Located in the Hudson Valley, with easy access to Manhattan, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester features a spa, a rooftop pool, fitness center and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and special event space, including a ballroom accommodating up to 500 guests. The hotel also offers dining at BLT Steak, located on the ground floor of the hotel.
