Lynne Luongo

NATICK, Mass.

Distinctive Hospitality Group and The VERVE - Crowne Plaza Boston-Natick announced the appointment of Lynne Luongo as the hotel’s general manager.

In her new positon, Luongo will oversee all aspects of hospitality services and will work directly with the sales and marketing team to foster new business opportunities.

Luongo’s longstanding career in the hotel industry has given her a strong understanding of hotel operations, which, paired with her keen ability to collaborate with sales and marketing professionals in driving corporate business, will undoubtedly prove beneficial to her new role.

Luongo began her career working within the food and beverage management department at The Tinton Falls Hilton, in Tinton Falls N.J. She quickly made her way up the hospitality ladder by assuming the role of director of purchasing at the Somerset Hilton in Somerset, N.J. In 1990, she joined the team at Dolce Hotels & Resorts, which led to an impressive 20-year career.

Luongo accepted the position of assistant general manager at Dolce Hotels & Resorts’ IBM Executive Conference Center in Palisades, N.Y., and in 2011, after many successful years with Dolce Hotels & Resorts, Luongo moved to Massachusetts, where assumed the role of general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bedford, a position she held for five years.

Luongo currently resides in Natick with her husband Angelo. During her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time by the ocean, and cheering on her favorite professional football teams.

The VERVE - Crowne Plaza Natick offers ten meeting rooms totaling 17,000 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate up to 500 guests.
