Hotel Karlan San Diego – a DoubleTree by Hilton announced the completion of its total rebrand and renovation of the 174-room, resort-style property located in the foothills of the Carmel Highlands.

The $12 million renovation includes remodeled guest rooms, a new dining concept and gastropub, an upgraded spa with fitness center and an upgraded pool area with outdoor cabanas. To further enhance the guest experience, the hotel is offering Karlan's Pups, an extensive pet welcome program featuring several on-site areas where dogs can play, like Central Bark, and dog-friendly dining options.
Hotel Karlan also features six distinct meeting spaces, totaling more than 14,000 square feet, as well as pre-function space and an event lawn for weddings, musical performances and other social events.
Additionally, the hotel features a 4,000 square-foot ballroom with vaulted ceilings and offers a full-service logistical support team, on-site restaurant/catering and high-speed internet access.
