Benchmark named Robert Burnetti general manager of Topnotch Resort, a Gemstone Collection property.

Burnetti comes to his new position with over three decades of senior leadership experience. He was previously general manager of the Hotel Viking, located in Newport, R.I. Prior to this he served in the position of area general manager for TPG Hospitality.
Burnetti has held general manager positions for Interstate Hotels Corporation and for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. While with Starwood he was general manager of the Sheraton Burlington Hotel and Conference Center of Burlington, Vt., serving in this role for a decade.
Burnetti graduated Cum Laude from Mansfield University of Mansfield, Pennsylvania. He is relocating to Stowe.
Topnotch Resort offers 4,600 square feet of indoor meeting space across six room as well as outdoor space for functions.
