In Loreto, Baja, he worked with Loreto Visitor’s Bureau, helping to bring sustainability to the schools of Loreto by working with kids of all ages to grow edible gardens at their schools, learn to cook with the ingredients they grew through classes with resort chefs, and helping sponsor community food events where each school conducted tastings and educational programs to inform how local products benefitted the environment along with providing healthier food options.

Just an hour north of Los Cabos, Rancho Pescadero is an adult hideaway featuring 28 suites. Crafted with native materials and artisan furnishings, the hotel features two pools, the Tres Hermanas Spa, which specializes in local and indigenous ingredients, an organic farm, and the Garden Restaurant, offering farm-and sea-to-table Baja cuisine infused with global influences.
