MIAMI
Hilton Miami Downtown completed a property-wide, $35 million renovation. The hotel, located on the site of the former Omni International Mall, which included a shopping complex, movie theater and hotel, now features reimagined guest rooms and meeting space, alongside an upgraded restaurant and lobby.
HBA Atlanta (Hirsch Bedner Associates) led the property's design renovation which blends an urban sleek aesthetic with an emphasis on technology, and contemporary fashion and art influences.
Hilton Miami Downtown's updated guest rooms are stylishly designed with warm colors, contemporary lines, and exceptional details including the signature Hilton Serenity Bed. With 527 rooms, including 37 suites and four Presidential Suites, guests are treated to floor-to-ceiling windows revealing Miami skyline views.
The property’s redesigned meeting facilities offer more than 45,000 square feet of meeting space and can host up to 2,000 guests. The hotel's 19 spacious meeting rooms include one of downtown Miami's largest ballrooms at nearly 17,000 square feet. The ballroom features 18-foot ceilings and unobstructed space.
Five boardrooms are also available for executive meetings and more intimate gatherings. Providing added convenience are the property's 2,500-space, indoor parking lot, and its football-field size loading dock, able to load automobiles, staging and other extra-large equipment directly into the ballroom.
The hotel's breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant, Brisa Bistro, was also renovated and redesigned. The venue offers a fusion dining experience led by Executive Chef Didier Pouzier that combines Caribbean, South American and European cuisine representing Miami's rich cross-section of cultures.
