Kathy Hastings & Randall Baldwin

DENVER, Colo.

The JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek announced that Kathy Hastings is now serving as the food & beverage director and that Randall Baldwin is now serving as executive chef at the hotel.

With more than a decade of experience with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Hastings previously served as the area director of Food & Beverage at the Grand Hyatt Seattle and as the director of food & beverage at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa.

Baldwin brings more than 15 years of Colorado culinary experience to the JW Marriott Denver. A graduate of the Art Institute of Denver, he previously served as the executive chef at The Westin Snowmass Resort, the Snowmass Club, The Artisan Restaurant at the Stonebridge Inn in Snowmass and the Limelight Hotel in Aspen.

Baldwin will lead the JW Marriott Denver’s restaurant concept Social Fare Denver Dining & Drinks, which serves a creative menu of hearty and flavorful comfort food.

The JW Marriott Denver offers more than 9,500 square feet of meeting space, including Fireside, a 2,400-square-foot outdoor event space that features two walls of glass retractable doors leading to an enchanting patio with fire pits. Social Fare is also available for private events, including full buyouts of up to 300 people and a private dining room that seats up to 18 people.
