Park South Hotel, Joie de Vivre’s recently-added property in New York, announced the appointment of Justin Kellerman to the role of general manager.

With more than 10 years of management and leadership experience in the independent and boutique hotel space, Kellerman joins the Park South Hotel team, where he will oversee all day-to-day operations of the 131-key hotel and culinary destination in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood.

Prior to joining the Park South Hotel team, Kellerman was general manager of the Smyth hotel in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood; during his tenure, the property received both the Forbes Four Star and AAA Four Diamond accolades. He has also held management positions with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, The Jade Hotel Greenwich Village, The Mark Hotel and GrandLife Hotels.

The Park South Hotel underwent a multimillion dollar renovation in 2015 to include modernized rooms; an upgraded lobby; a 400-square-foot library; over 1,200 square feet of meeting and event space, including a private rooftop space; and four new food and beverage concepts introduced by award-winning restaurateurs Tim and Nancy Cushman, including o ya NYC, Covina, Covina Café and Roof at Park South.
