Indianapolis Marriott Downtown completed its year-long renovation that transformed the property by creating modern accommodations, a redesigned lobby and meeting spaces, along with new dining options.

Accommodations [total rooms] increased from 622 to 650 and each of the guest rooms were updated to include modern furnishings and decor with custom skyline wall murals, new carpeting and wallpaper.
The property’s meeting and event spaces increased to 45,000 square feet with 37 meeting rooms, 15 breakout rooms, two ballrooms. The recently added four meeting rooms total a combined 5,000 square feet.
The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is connected via a climate-controlled skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium and Circle Centre mall.
The new M Club Lounge offers guests 24/7 access to an exclusive space where rewards members. Additionally, the fitness center was expanded and upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment.
One of the most significant changes to the hotel’s dining options is the addition of Conner’s Kitchen + Bar, featuring a menu developed and concepted by corporate chef, James Beard Award nominee Andrew Ashmore, along with Executive Chef Brian Dougherty. Inspired by American comfort food, the restaurant brings an expansive menu of elevated comfort food favorites, with an emphasis on wood-smoked meats and locally sourced ingredients, alongside a craft beer and cocktail menu. A patio space will open later this spring.
The hotel also offers Rye Bar, a lounge for wine and classic cocktails and an extensive world whiskies selection. Loaf + Vine Market is an urban market featuring freshly prepared foods for grab-and-go.
