BELLEVUE, Wash.
Meydenbauer Center recently promoted Sara Dahl, CMP to event services manager and Shannon Martella to guest services manager. Prior to their promotions, Dahl served as guest services manager and Martella as event coordinator.
Dahl is now responsible for attracting, selling and marketing new events and holiday parties, as well as promoting catering sales to potential building users. She previously served as guest services manager of Meydenbauer Center since joining the organization in 2013. Previously, Dahl worked five years as branch manager of Adecco, a staffing agency in the greater Seattle area.
Dahl is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Washington Society of Association Executives (WSAE), and she recently obtained her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification.
In her new role, Martella is responsible for responding to event inquiries, meeting with new and existing clients, and planning and executing events. She joined Meydenbauer Center as event coordinator in 2016.
Prior to that, Martella worked as a wedding planner and coordinator throughout the Puget Sound Region.

Meydenbauer Center boasts 54,000 square feet of meeting rooms and event space. Facilities include column-free ballroom and exhibit space, meeting room and breakout space, a presentation, lecture and performing arts theater and an executive conference suite.
