Meetings hospitality tech giant Cvent closed its acquisition of mobile event app pioneer QuickMobile.
Cvent said the close of the acquisition will broaden and deepen its mobile event app and on-site solution capabilities and help the company extend its reach in the marketplace through QuickMobile’s partner network.

Together, the combined entity:

- Has delivered 16.7 million app downloads.
- Employs more than 3,100 people worldwide.
- Offers more than 950 product support professionals.
