BRASELTON, Ga.
Château Élan Winery & Resort announced the addition of Kevin Phenegar to its executive team as director of food and beverage. In this role, Phenegar will be responsible for all food and beverage operations including planning and implementing the menu, oversight of personnel, food production, inventory, catering and more.

Phenegar brings an extensive wealth of knowledge and more than 25 years experience to his new role. He most recently served as the director of food and beverage at The Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Va. and prior to that position he served as the director of resort food and beverage at The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, N.Y., assistant director of food and beverage at Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, N.C. and the director of dining at The Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas. Additional experience includes work with Doubletree and Hyatt Hotels.
