Kendra P. Clough has been appointed director of conference services for the Doug Pitcock ’49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. The Benchmark Resorts & Hotels property opened in August.
“I am very pleased to welcome Kendra to our property,” said Greg Stafford, general manager. “She brings vast skills and experience in meeting and event planning to her new role, from both the venue’s as well as the professional planner’s perspective, which will be invaluable to our conference services team.”
Clough was previously director of conference services for the landmark Woodlands Resort & Conference Center located near Houston. Prior to this, she served as an ExxonMobil Event Planning Contractor for Oce, the domestic and international event and meeting coordination company. Clough has also been an independent meeting consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The Doug Pitcock ’49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center will boast 250 guest rooms and and a full-service conference center with 35,000 square feet of multifunctional meeting space.
