The International Exposition (I-X) Center announced Lisa Reau has been appointed to director of business development and events. In this position, Reau will be responsible for all sales initiatives while developing business relationships that drive growth and maximize all revenue streams.
“Lisa Reau has been an instrumental part in maintaining our company’s long-standing client relationships and aiding in the sales team’s continued success,” said Lisa Vo, executive vice president, I-X Center. “We look forward to fully utilizing her extensive sales experience and business leadership in this new position.”
Prior to this role, Reau served as an event manager at the I-X Center since 2010. In this position, she ensured the successful planning and execution of small and large consumer and trade events. Reau developed relationships with many of the convention center’s key clients including the Ceramics Expo, National Sports Collectors Convention and many others.

The I-X Center is the largest single building convention center in the United States comprised of 2.2 million square feet, which features 1.2 million square feet of contiguous exhibit space, 30 flexible breakout rooms, a 16,000-square-foot grand ballroom and 40 acres of outdoor space.
