INNOV8 Meetings + Events is a new professional global meetings management organization.
The company specializes in in tracking data, leveraging overall meetings spend, reducing an organization’s risk through a cost savings evaluation, customized contract process and volume buyer program. The team is focused on assisting meeting professionals with a strategic meetings management process.
INNOV8 Meetings + Events is led by Cheryl Payne, CMM and Robyn Mietkiewicz, CMP, CMM. Both are frequent speakers at industry events, providing education on a wide range of topics from Strategic Meetings Management, Contract Strategy and Budget & Cost Savings Techniques.

Payne and Mietkiewicz have served as past presidents of the MPI, Orange County Chapter and as chairs of the MPI International Apex Advisory Task Force.
Both women continue to advance the meetings industry through industry volunteerism, serving on multiple advisory boards and consulting MPI Chapters on strategic initiatives.
"The INNOV8 Meetings + Events team was created to provide [an innovative] approach to the sourcing/contracting and Strategic Meetings Management process,” Mietkiewicz said. “Our unique meetings management approach will inspire the industry in a profound way!”
They believe it is critical to have an experienced and knowledgeable partner to assist in planning your meetings, so can assist meeting professionals to make the hotel sourcing, contracting and meeting management process more efficient, inspiring and cost effective.
