All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy recently welcomed its 30th all-inclusive property in the Caribbean and Latin America with the opening of Sanctuary Cap Cana, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort, Dominican Republic. The adults-only resort is the first luxury all-inclusive resort for the Marriott International brand.
Sanctuary Cap Cana is a 15-minute drive from the Caribbean’s No. 1 golf course, Punta Espada Golf Club, and offers 324 suites across 19 room categories that include oceanfront luxury villas and private island suites. The resort features four a la carte restaurants and six pools, as well as cabanas and sun chairs on the beach.
With a backdrop of the Caribbean Sea, Sanctuary Cap Cana offers nearly 46,000 square feet of event space across 17 indoor and outdoor event venues and is able to accommodate up to 400 people.

Mississippi
MGM Resorts International unveiled its newly completed $55 million room remodel of Beau Rivage Resort & Casino’s 1,645 guest rooms, introducing upgraded amenities and state-of-the-art technology as part of the resort’s full $90 million refresh.
Renovations include an updated color palette paying homage to local sunrises, sunsets and reflections of the water, with finishes incorporating the nearby seashore and details of driftwood, coral and aqua blue.
Beau Rivage Resort & Casino offers a variety of venue options for meetings and events, including the 17,000-square-foot Magnolia Ballroom, with a maximum capacity of 1,800 guests. The 7,200-square-foot Camellia Ballroom can host up to 750 people and the 4,400-square-foot Azalea Ballroom can hold 400. The resort also features a pavilion and terrace.
Texas
The Renaissance Austin Hotel recently completed a $10 million indoor and outdoor renovation of its public spaces. One of the largest hotels in the city, the 492-room property sits on nearly 10 acres of land and features views of the Texas Hill Country and downtown Austin skyline.
The hotel’s meeting and event space has been expanded to 81,000 square feet and transformed with new colors, carpeting, lighting, and audiovisual equipment, and guests now have access to new amenities including a cycling room, expanded fitness center space and a new concierge lounge, The R Club.
On the south side of the hotel is its new signature feature, The Lawn at Glass Oaks, a landscaped green space shaded with trees and a new 3,600-square-foot glass event space with a ledge-stone firepit and Adirondack chairs.

Doing It Up Texas-Style
The Texas Hill Country’s Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa launched Texas-themed experiences for meetings and events in which groups can partake in a variety of Lone Star-state themed activities that range from leather-stamping sessions and line dancing classes to “Rodeo Olympics.”
The resort’s Texas-themed experiences feature customizable opportunities for meeting and event groups, and those participating in leather-stamping sessions can create a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Guests can also try a cowboy hat fitting to truly embrace an authentic Texas style.
Other opportunities include an authentic outdoor Texas barbecue showcasing some of the state’s best local cuisine and line dancing classes taught by a local professional. The Rodeo Olympics teambuilding program includes a variety of activities such as armadillo races, team-roping challenges where teams learn the basics of using a lasso to rope a life-size calf replica, a stick horse race and more.
Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa also features more than 100,000 square feet of meeting spaces, including open-air venues like the Luckenbach Pavilion and Independence Lawn.
