Downtown Chicago’s Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel announced the appointment of Konstantine Drosos as general manager. Drosos has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry exclusively with Hilton across Illinois and California and served as hotel manager of Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel from January 2013 through December 2014.
“I am thrilled to announce my return to the storied Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, at this pivotal time for the industry, when the appetite for domestic travel in particular continues to increase exponentially,” Drosos said. “I am honored to continue my work with the Hilton brand that has shaped me into the leader that I am today, alongside my talented team members who similarly value and strive to provide memorable experiences for our guests and our surrounding Chicago community, while preserving the Palmer House’s rich narrative.”
In his most recent role, Drosos served as general manager of Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport, the only hotel on airport grounds, where he led renovations, oversaw day-to-day operations and was awarded the Market Share Award of Excellence for 2021.
Prior to his role at Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport, Drosos served as general manager of Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile for three years, achieving the Hilton Hotel of the Year Award in 2016.
