The 123-room Vibe Hotel Adelaide officially opened its doors in southern Australia in the immediate vicinity of Hutt Street and Vardon Avenue, putting guests within walking distance of iconic Adelaide landmarks such as Rundle Mall, Adelaide Oval and the Central Market, as well as Botanic Gardens and Rymill Park, offering expansive greenspace, a children’s playground, lake and rose garden.

Vibe Hotel Adelaide is a 20-minute drive from the Adelaide airport, with public transport to the rest of the city easily accessible. The hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing views of the rolling Adelaide Hills serving as a backdrop to the bustling city.

The onsite Storehouse Flinders East restaurant and bar serves meals prepared with fresh ingredients sourced from local producers and is suitable for smaller, intimate gatherings in a social setting.

France

Ennismore launched the first Mondrian hotel in France with the opening of Mondrian Cannes, sitting on the site of the first luxury hotel in Cannes, opened in 1863. The property is less than 10 minutes away from the famous steps of the Palais de Festival and situated on the famous Boulevard de la Croisette.

The 75-room hotel is the only hotel on La Croisette with its own garden and direct access to the Antibes shopping street, setting guests in between the city and the sea. Rooms on the town-facing side measure 430 square feet while sea-facing rooms and suites feature wide French windows that open onto terraces overlooking the park, palm trees and gardens out to the Mediterranean. 

Guests are encouraged to visit Mr. Nakamoto’s restaurant, with a menu created by London chef Alex Craciun and which showcases a combination of French and Japanese cuisine with a New York-influence. 

The beachfront hotel features more than 50,000 square feet of gardens and a private beach concept for unique meetings and events, as well as a terrace with a capacity of 150 guests seated.

Selina Hospitality opened its first hotel in Germany, Selina Berlin Mitte, situated in the heart of the avant-garde and art-centric German capital. The property features 84 guest rooms, including suites, plus hybrid, shared and standard accommodations.

Guests have access to a rooftop co-working and bar area, a communal kitchen and a grab-and-go dining option that is open and available 24/7, as well as the contemporary restaurant and bar HOWM, offering Israeli and Mediterranean cuisine. A retail shop offers a selection of local German products and a soon-to-open radio station will bring a weekly podcast and live-set recording to the hotel. 

Selina Berlin Mitte’s outdoor rooftop features plush lounge seating, complimentary board games, greenery and a cityscape view, and serves as a gathering point for a complimentary welcome drink hosted by Selina for smaller, intimate groups.

Thailand

Radisson Hotel Group announced the opening of Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin, a beachside retreat on Cha-am Beach along Thailand’s gulf coast.

The upscale resort puts guests close to cultural attractions like historic royal palaces, golden temples and colonial-style architecture in Hua Hin. The city is considered the home of Thai wine, fresh seafood and golf, and visitors can take advantage of championship golf courses and wine-tasting tours at local vineyards.

Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin brings 243 rooms and suites to the city, all featuring modern interiors and balconies overlooking the sea. Guests have access to a full range of leisure amenities that include an outdoor pool with a water slide, a water sports activity hub, fitness center, spa, skate park and direct beachfront access. 

The hotel offers six event venues with a diverse mix of indoor and outdoor options for business events, social gatherings and more, including the Grand Ballroom, which can host 460 for a seated dinner, and the spacious green beachside lawn, suitable for outdoor ceremonies, teambuilding activities and cocktail receptions for up to 250.
