The 185-room hotel puts guests near hiking trails, lakes, waterways and world-class skiing and sports venues for visits immersed in the natural surroundings of the Adirondack Mountains. The property offers unobstructed views of the Adirondack High Peaks and is within walking distance of Adirondack Park, a six-million-acre space and the largest park of any kind in the U.S.
Every guest room at Cambria Hotel Lake Placid features either mountain or lake views, with 44 rooms also including balconies, and guests have access to an indoor pool, onsite dining at the Haystack Bar & Bistro and a large wraparound patio overlooking the mountains.
Cambria Hotel Lake Placid features 4,000 square feet of modern meeting and event space filled with natural light and offering backdrops of the surrounding Lake Placid area. Full-service meeting and event planning support is offered, as well as in-house catering, and the hotel can accommodate groups of up to 200.

Holiday Inn Philadelphia Airport – Stadium Area offers 206 guest rooms and a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle, as well as an onsite fitness center, business center, lobby bar and The Whit Restaurant and Lounge, serving classic American favorites.
More than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space is available at Holiday Inn Philadelphia Airport – Stadium Area, including a 3,500-square-foot ballroom with a capacity of 450 standing and 220 in banquet rounds.

On September 1, the first new luxury hotel to open on Capitol Hill since 1984, The Royal Sonesta Washington, DC Capitol Hill, officially started welcoming guests. The hotel offers a modern and elevated hospitality experience that starts when visitors enter its light-filled 10-story atrium, lined with art installations reflecting its surroundings like portraits of Supreme Court Justices and news clippings.
The Royal Sonesta Washington, DC Capitol Hill offers 274 guest rooms averaging 480 square feet each, making them some of the largest in the city. Guests have access to a fitness center, private yoga studio, filtered water stations, electric vehicle charging stations and pet-friendly accommodations.
Washington, D.C.’s newest luxury hotel also features the multi-purpose Sonesta Work Suite, “an experiential meeting space concept that provides a multi-zone and tech-enabled meeting experience,” according to Sonesta International Hotels.
The Royal Sonesta Washington, DC Capitol Hill offers a 3,100-square-foot ballroom and a 2,400-square-foot conference center, both on the penthouse level and boasting private terraces with views of some of the city’s national monuments.

The Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., announced it has been awarded LEED Gold certification as the center celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
The center achieved LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings Gold certification for implementing “practical and measurable strategies and solutions” across a number of areas including sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
Strategies include using low-emission glass to minimize temperature fluctuations, sensor-controlled high-efficiency lighting and a dedicated energy management system, as well as an extensive waste diversion program with an emphasis on education, “to better educate the center staff, as well as its service partners.”
The 2.3-million-square-foot Walter E. Washington Convention Center offers more than 700,000 square feet of exhibition space and nearly 200,000 square feet of flexible meeting space across 77 meeting rooms.
