Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa, an oceanfront AAA Four-Diamond hotel sitting on 40 acres along Ka‘anapali Beach, announced a new “Meet with Malama” offer for group bookings such as corporate events, incentive trips and other large gatherings.
Partial proceeds from the promotion, which also comes with an all-inclusive package option, will be donated to The Maui Strong Fund, providing financial resources to support the immediate and long-term recovery needs for people and places affected by wildfires on the island last year. The hotel will donate $5 per room night to support the Hawaiʻi Community Foundation’s fund and initiatives.

Hyatt Regency Maui’s “Meet with Malama” promotion includes savings and various perks to choose from, including more-lenient room attrition allowances, complimentary guest rooms, resort credits, spa treatments, cabanas and more.
The “Meet with Malama” offering tiers include:
- Book 30-80 rooms per night, choose three perks.
- Book 81-200 rooms per night, choose four perks.
- Book 251-350 rooms per night, choose five perks.
- Book 351-plus rooms per night, choose six perks.
The perks to choose from include:
- Special Hawaiian welcome during first general session or welcome reception
- Discounted resort fee from $45 to $20
- Complimentary “aloha” sign during one group event and on group arrival day
- Complimentary chair massages during one day of a group’s choice over the program dates
- Resort credits of $20 per room
- 1/40 complimentary guest rooms
- 1/50 complimentary amenities
- 1/50 roundtrip airport transfers
- Complimentary cabana for peak nights
- Complimentary one-hour reception prior to contracted banquet dinner to include beer, wine, one signature cocktail and five hot or cold pieces per person
- Two options for room attrition (choose one): 1.) 30% - 60 days out or 2.) 20% - 30 days out
- Three complimentary 50-minute spa treatments

Hyatt Regency Maui’s ‘Meet With Malama’ All-Inclusive Package
Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa’s “Meet with Malama” offer for group bookings also features an all-inclusive package option in which event credits are offered should a group want to hold any private functions.
The all-inclusive package’s starting prices per day and based on age are:
- 0-4 years: No charge
- 5-12 years: $10 per child
- 13-20 years: $250-$300 per person
- 21-plus years: $275-$350 per person
Each “Meet with Malama” all-inclusive package includes:
- One private lu‘au dinner on HaIona Kai or Napili Gardens, not including entertainment (an estimated $15,000 value)
- If a group chooses to have a private catered event, they will receive the following credits off the hotel’s 2024 Banquet Menus (standard bar not included):
- $25 breakfast credit
- $35 lunch credit
- $75 dinner credit
- $25 reception credit, used toward standard bar and appetizers
Food and beverage offerings include:
- Daily buffet breakfast in Swan Court
- Lunch in ‘Ūmalu and poolside services
- Dinner at award-winning restaurants Japengo, Son’z Steakhouse and ‘Ūmalu (sample three-course menus to be provided)
- Drums of the Pacific Lu‘au with advanced reservations (open to public)
- Alcoholic beverages that include a selection of beer, wine by the glass, select premium beverages and cocktails (sample menu to be provided)
- Service charges, 18% gratuity and sales tax
- All-inclusive starts on the day of arrival at 11 a.m. HST and ends at 11 a.m. HST on the day of departure
Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa’s “Meet with Malama” group promotion is available for contracts signed by December 31, 2024, for travel taking place by December 31, 2025. To qualify, groups must have a minimum of 100 rooms per night and a three-night length of stay.
