Caesars Entertainment is selling its LINQ Promenade for $275 million, according to the casino resort and entertainment giant.

The retail and entertainment attraction on the Las Vegas Strip, which is located between the Flamingo Las Vegas and LINQ Hotel + Experience, will be purchased by the TPG Real Estate joint venture, pending regulatory approval.

Caesars Entertainment said the sale is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024 and would have no effect on Caesars’ LINQ Hotel + Experience or High Roller attraction, according to a report from Las Vegas television station KLAS.

“The sale of the LINQ Promenade represents an accretive, non-core asset sale that will accelerate our debt reduction goals,” said Tom Reeg, CEO of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. “I want to thank all the team members and the tenants of the LINQ Promenade for their partnership over the last 10 years and wish them continued success.”

Caesars Entertainment was acquired by Eldorado Resorts in July 2020 for $8.5 billion in cash and stock.

Popular restaurant attractions in LINQ Promenade include:

  • Tilted Kilt Irish Pub & Eatery
