In late October, Pendry Hotels & Resorts opened Pendry Natirar, located on a sprawling 500-acre estate in New Jersey’s Somerset County 45 minutes outside of Manhattan. The resort is centered around a restored 1912 Tudor-style mansion and features an adjacent 66 guest rooms, including 20 suites.
Designed by CosciaMoos Architecture with interiors by DesignAgency, Pendry Natirar draws inspiration from the picturesque estate and the traditions and styles of old-world England’s grand country manor homes, reinterpreted with a modern sensibility.
The stately escape features a range of luxury amenities that include a signature farm-to-table restaurant and cooking school, Ninety Acres; Ladd’s Tavern; Spa Pendry and fitness center; an onsite 10-acre The Farm at Natirar; and more.
Pendry Natirar features 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including the 5,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, featuring a signature 26-foot living wall of local flora and space for up to 225 people, and The Conservatory, an intimate setting adjacent to The Grand Ballroom with expansive windows and space for up to 75 guests.

The Four Seasons Hotel New York reopened in November at its iconic address on 57 East 57th Street in Manhattan’s Billionaire’s Row. The property, which has served as a beacon of luxury hospitality for more than three decades, puts guests steps from Central Park and landmarks, such as Rockefeller Plaza, Fifth Avenue shopping and world-class museums and galleries.
Boasting some of the city’s largest rooms and suites—ranging from 500 square feet to full-floor specialty suites at 4,300 square feet—the hotel’s 368 accommodations are light-filled, and higher floors offer panoramic views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. Many suites also feature outdoor terraces.
The hotel reopened with a selection of rooms across multiple categories, with all suites expected to be available in 2025.

Four Seasons Hotel New York features more than 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space, with the largest ballroom, FIFTY7, measuring 3,116 square feet and accommodating up to 270 reception-style.
Washington, D.C.
A new addition to Marriott Bonvoy’s Le Méridien brand, Le Méridien Washington, D.C., The Madison, completed a $15 million renovation in September.
The project included a redesign of the lobby, communal spaces and guest rooms to reflect the Golden Age of travel and to pay homage to Jackie Kennedy Onassis, who cut the opening ribbon to The Madison in 1963. Her style, hat, dress silhouettes, garment patterns, pearls and other iconic pieces can be found throughout the hotel’s lobby and corridors.
Le Méridien Washington, D.C., The Madison features 356 guest rooms that have been refreshed with new flooring, wallpaper, ceiling finishes, light fixtures, furnishings and artwork.

Lady Madison, the hotel’s signature restaurant and cocktail lounge, features a revamped menu of artfully crafted cocktails and plates inspired by Mediterranean cuisine fused with local D.C. favorites. The hotel now also offers Le Scoop by Le Méridien, serving gourmet gelatos and sorbets.
Le Méridien Washington, D.C., The Madison offers more than 18,000 square feet of event space across eight event rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 500 guests.
A 120th Anniversary Renovation
One of Manhattan’s most-iconic landmark hotels, The St. Regis New York, celebrated its 120th year this fall with the debut of an extensive redesign and renovation, marking a new chapter of glamor and sophistication for the historic property.
Throughout its rich 120-year history, The St. Regis New York has attracted glamorous, creative and intriguing personalities from Salvador Dali to Marilyn Monroe and served as the birthplace for cultural moments, from the invention of the Bloody Mary cocktail to iconic jazz performances on the hotel’s rooftop.
The 238-room property now features revamped public spaces that include the lobby, King Cole Bar and a new dining venue, La Maisonette, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. The fully reimagined lobby restaurant and lounge, The Drawing Room, features a palette of pink and rose, turquoise, emerald and gold with black accents as well as an extended lounge area with additional seating tailored toward groups gathering for a relaxed dining experience.
The St. Regis New York offers more than 13,400 square feet of event space across 11 event rooms, including the 4,250-square-foot St. Regis Roof, with space for up to 220, and the 384-square-foot Library, an intimate space for up to 55 guests reception-style or 40 banquet-style.
