Situated on the oceanfront of Daytona Beach and located just minutes from the Ocean Center Convention Center and Daytona Beach International Speedway sits the newly opened Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel. The new property from Premier Resorts & Management features 190 rooms and suites that offer premium bedding, flexible workspaces, spacious bathrooms, upscale amenities and views of the ocean.
The hotel also features 12,353 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space spread across seven event venues. The most prominent of these venues is The Ocean Ballroom, containing 4,356 square feet of space and able to accommodate more than 650 attendees in its largest configuration. Other hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Featuring 223 guest rooms and located on Florida’s Atlantic Coast, the new Singer Oceanfront Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton opened in late October. The property introduces two new dining concepts to the area, Top Shell and Caretta Caretta, along with a gourmet grab-and-go concept, The Market at Singer.
The property features nearly 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event spaces, including The Canopy room (able to accommodate up to 200 attendees), the Lantana room (able to accommodate up to 150) and the Azalea room (able to accommodate up to 10 attendees). The property also has a variety of team-bonding experiences such as sunrise yoga, beach volleyball, paddleboard lessons and evening beach bonfires.

Tennessee
Located in the heart of Music City and one of the city’s tallest and most recognizable buildings, the iconic Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown recently completed a comprehensive renovation of the property, including upgrades to its 494 guest rooms and suites. The hotel also features 29,000 square feet of event space, which has been upgraded with fresh wall coverings, lighting and carpeting. Each of the property’s 13 event spaces is customizable and offers high-quality audiovisual capabilities.
The Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown also introduced The Studios, three flexible and easily accessible spaces on the second floor that are available to book on-demand and ideal for group collaboration or private dining events. Soundproof booths are also placed around the lobby, providing the opportunity for attendees to virtually talk to friends, family or colleagues with privacy.

Texas
Located in west Houston’s dynamic Memorial District, The Westin at Memorial City completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of its 33,000-square-foot meeting and event venues. The 289-key hotel is located within the 300-acre mixed-use Memorial City development and completely redesigned all 29 of its meeting and event spaces, adding new wallpaper, carpet, light fixtures, furniture, artwork and curtains to each of its meeting rooms.
The most prominent space on the property is the 10,425-square-foot Azalea Ballroom, able to accommodate up to 1,000 attendees. All of the event spaces are also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, state-of-the-art audiovisual services and customizable menu options.
