MGM Resorts International and Marriott International unveiled the W Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay December 8.
The property marks the first W Hotel in Las Vegas and is the result of a full transformation of the former Delano Las Vegas.
W Las Vegas also builds on a long-term strategic partnership between MGM and Marriott that began in 2023, with members of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program able to book stays and earn/redeem points at the property. The hotel is the 12th MGM property on the Las Vegas Strip to join the MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, a program launched in March 2024 that has welcomed hundreds of thousands of Marriott Bonvoy guests to MGM Resorts properties.
Other notable Strip properties that are part of the program include the Bellagio, Aria Resort & Casino, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.

The companies said they would share further details about additional enhancements planned for W Las Vegas at a later date.
