PCMA's 2025 Convening Leaders event took place January 12-15 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, where 3,800 meeting and event industry professionals gathered onsite for education and networking opportunities. The event garnered 4,500 attendees total (including online), marking a slight decrease from the program's record-setting 2024 event that had 4,200 in-person attendees and more than 5,000 total when factoring in online attendance.
