Firefly Park—a Multipurpose Urban Village—Is Coming to Frisco

A major multibillion-dollar project is in the works in Frisco. Dubbed Firefly Park, this multipurpose urban village will include residential, commercial, and retail space, plus 45 acres of natural park. With it comes new event spaces and a Dreams Hotel, all adjacent to the PGA Frisco campus.

Some notable meetings and events features of the visionary park include:

  • Luxury accommodations at a new 200-room Dreams Hotel
  • 3,000-seat amphitheater for live music, entertainment, and other events
  • A wedding chapel and event space surrounded by water and scenic views
  • Large events lawn
  • More than seven miles of scenic trails, five ponds, and 45 acres of natural park
  • 400,000 square feet of retail, food and beverage, and entertainment outlets

Phase one of the project is estimated to be completed in 2027.
