The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin completed the first phase of its $275 million renovation and expansion project by upgrading all 756 guest rooms and suites in the Swan hotel.

The refreshed guest rooms include white-oak tile flooring, tufted rugs and walls painted white with blue accent features. The guest rooms also have beds with a wooden headboard and white upholstery, elevated wooden bed bases, blue-upholstered sleeper sofas, orange leatherette desk chairs and new lighting along with new nautical-themed wall artwork.
"Our guests are going to fall in love with these newly upgraded rooms,” area general manager Sean Verney said in a press release. "Our goal is always to exceed expectations, and with these enhancements, every stay will offer an extra touch of comfort and escape."
The refreshed Swan guest rooms are part of a broader $275 million expansion and renovation project for the property, which will also include upgrades to the Swan and Dolphin’s meeting spaces and a 120,000-square-foot expansion of the Dolphin’s event space. That project is scheduled to be completed in 2026, with the new convention space soon to make Swan and Dolphin one of the largest convention properties on the East Coast.
