The Bevy Hotel Opens in Texas Hill Country

The Bevy Hotel Boerne, a DoubleTree by Hilton, a 120-room full-service hotel and conference center, opened in Texas Hill Country.

The property is just minutes from downtown Boerne’s Hill Country Mile and close to nearby wineries, state parks and San Antonio.

The hotel features guest rooms and suites with Texas-inspired decor, fixtures and finishes that are entirely American-made. Mill work throughout the hotel spans from the ceilings to the furniture and its bars within are handmade and installed by local craftsmen.

Much like a “bevy,” the hotel embodies a cornucopia of all things people come to Texas Hill Country for – diverse food, artisan beverages, authentic regional finishes and true Texas hospitality.

Dining

Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Bevy Provisions Company – a culinary center for Texas Hill Country tastes, flavors, and incredible interpretations of traditional and local cuisine – without leaving the property.

The Bevy Hotel has partnered with some Hill Country favorites to provide patrons with an exceptionally diverse culinary experience, including:

  • Wander’n Calf Espresso Bar and Bakery (Comfort, Texas)
  • Clear River Ice Cream (Fredericksburg, Texas)
  • Blackboard BBQ (Sisterdale, Texas)
  • Bending Branch Winery (Comfort, Texas)
  • Treaty Oaks Distillery (Dripping Springs, Texas)
  • Southside Craft Soda (San Antonio, Texas)
  • Winding Road Provisions Honey (Cibolo, Texas)

Meetings & Events

The Bevy Hotel also brings 15,000 square feet of meetings and events space to Texas Hill Country. The property’s new meeting facilities feature state-of-the-art sound, internet and audio-visual technology.

The Bevy Hotel is also the only International Association of Conference Centers (IACC)-certified member in south central Texas.
