Live! by Loews Hotel—Arlington, Texas, opened at Texas Live!, the city's Entertainment District.
The 14-floor, $150 million hotel features an outdoor lounge and bar with a view of the AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
Live! by Loews Hotel—Arlington, Texas, is also currently situated next to the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Park and will be part of the complex that holds the new Rangers' ballpark in 2020.
“Arlington is up and coming,” said Scott Nassar, managing director at Loews Hotels. “It’s very unique because it’s an immersive destination with different sporting events. People love sports, here in the state of Texas, and we feel we’re at the epicenter coming forward.”

The hotel was built by Loews Hotels & Co., The Cordish Companies’ Live! Brand and the Texas Rangers. It has 302 guest rooms and 26 suites with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The property features 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space with indoor and outdoor options for up to 1,000 guests. The 14,194-square-foot Arlington Ballroom is the largest in the city and there are multiple smaller meeting rooms and suites ranging from 200 to nearly 1,000 square feet. The property is also just blocks from the Arlington Convention Center.

Infinity Pool, Live! by Loews Hotel—Arlington, Texas
Immediately inside the lobby is River Market, a grab and go serving local food and beverage such as Salter Bros. Coffee as well as fresh juices, sandwiches, pastries and more.
Menus at Cut & Bourbon, the main, all-day dining concept, are comprised of a variety of locally sourced, wild game, seafood and other meats perfect.
Adjacent to Cut & Bourbon is Bar Bourbon, a lobby lounge that features an expansive list of whiskey varietals, complete with private bourbon lockers.
Arlington Clover Club sits just outside of the main lobby, serves dishes and drinks inspired by international and American cuisines. Through a hidden walkway, guided by a light-up neon sign, guests can find SOAK, a swim-up bar to the property's infinity pool.
“(Live! By Loews) competes with hotels from Dallas and Fort Worth,” Nassar said.
“People want to have this entertainment environment; they want to have the ability to have a 'staycation' and do things that are extremely diverse,” he added.
