The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis plans to begin an $11 million facelift Jan. 25.
The renovation is expected to add 10,000 square feet of meeting space to the property as well as an Italian/American restaurant, a Starbucks, and update its lobby and lounge.
The hotel currently houses 497 guest rooms and 40,000 square feet of meeting space.
