The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, located on Maui, plans to begin a $95 million makeover in July.
The hotel, located within Maui’s 23,000-acre Kapalua resort, plans to update its food and beverage outlets, spa, guest rooms, and condos, and finish the project by this winter.
The property offers guests 363 guest rooms, 107 residential units available for rent and 150,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor group gathering space.
