Benchmark Hospitality plans to open The Heldrich, a mixed-use facility located here, in March.
The $110 million venue will include the a 248 guest rooms, 25,000 square feet of meeting space, 48 residential units, and retail and academic outlets such as the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
