Beginning March 8, Southwest Airlines plans to expand its flights out of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and the San Diego International Airport (SAN).
The low-fare carrier is slated to add five new daily nonstop flights between SFO and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and four additional flights between SFO and the Los Angeles International Airport.
Southwest is expected to initiate one additional daily nonstop flight between SAN and the San Antonio International Airport and as well as between SAN and the Sacramento International Airport.
In addition, the carrier plans to begin service April 4 with five daily roundtrip flights between the Denver International Airport and SAN.
