The Arizona Grand Resort here completed a $52 million renovation.
The development includes a new lobby with a residential feel. The new Marketplace is part of the lobby, which features the Marketplace Cafe, the Golf Pro Shop and the Resort Shops. In 2008, all 640 guest rooms received enhancements.
The resort includes 117,000 square feet of event space.
