Kevin Duvall was appointed chief operating officer of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, effective Aug. 1.
Duvall has served as assistant general manager of the facility since 2006. He will be responsible for managing the operations of the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Dome and Centennial Olympic Park.
