Occidental Hotels & Resorts launched meetings savings and perks for its properties located in Mexico, Costa Rica, Aruba and the Dominican Republic.
In 2009 and 2010, groups of 10 or more can take advantage of complimentary room upgrades, free nights and discounts on spa and golf, in addition to other offers. The hotels also will offer flexible attrition and cancellation policies to make last-minute adjustments easier.
Meeting planners can take advantage of the offers when booking by Dec. 15, 2009 for travel through Dec. 18, 2010.
