The downtown property is the first Hotel Indigo hotel to seek LEED Gold certification, and one of only five hotels in the country to achieve Gold status.
The five-story, 130-room boutique hotel features more than 7,000 square feet of meeting space, an art gallery and a music venue. The hotel is five blocks from the University of Georgia.
