The Convention Industry Council released a new edition of its APEX Industry Glossary, a guide to terminology commonly used in the meetings industry.
"The new 2011 edition of the Glossary is part of the APEX leadership's commitment to keep these industry-specific, industry-developed resources relevant, up-to-date, and accessible," stated Teri Tonioli, CMP, senior vice president at Experient, and chair of the APEX Leadership Council. "The previous edition of the Glossary was released in 2005, so a top-to-bottom review by the APEX Standards Review Council was imperative."
