NYLO Hotels announced plans to start construction on the NYLO South Side Dallas, a 76-room boutique property on a site three blocks from the Dallas Convention Center.
Scheduled for completion in early 2012 and built to earn silver LEED certification, the five-story hotel will feature a rooftop bar and pool deck.
