Carlson Hotels launched Club Carlson, a hotel loyalty program enabling members to redeem points at the company’s 1,071 hotels worldwide, including all Radisson and Country Inns & Suites properties.
Concierge, an elite tier of the program, provides guests with complimentary room upgrades, a 75 percent bonus point on stays and other benefits.
