Starwood Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa, the second Westin in greater Las Vegas. Formerly the Loews Lake Las Vegas, the resort underwent a $4 million renovation prior to re-opening under the Westin flag, including upgrades to all 493 guest rooms and suites.
Boasting one of the largest meeting facilities in the area, The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa features more than 94,000 square feet of event space.
The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa offers lake and mountain views, as well as two pools, white sand beaches, cabanas, and a choice of water activities. The resort is five minutes from the Jack Nicklaus-designed SouthShore Golf Club and 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. The hotel offers two restaurants and a Moroccan-style cocktail lounge.
