ASHEVILLE, N.C.
Asheville's historic Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa has been sold.
KSL Capital Partners, LLC has entered into an agreement to acquire the historic inn, the company announced.
It is planning a $25 million renovation of the resort’s public areas, guest rooms, dining areas, meeting spaces and spa. The renovation would be in keeping with the inn’s historic style, KSL said in its announcement.
