The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is taking dining-on-wheels to a creative new level for groups, thanks to the resort’s just-introduced Roadrunner food truck experience.
The brainchild of the property culinary team, The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain Roadrunner brings true luxury to the food truck concept, providing mobile banquet menus and innovative outdoor dining to groups staying at the resort. Whether parked next to a lush events lawn, stationed outside a ballroom or boardroom, or situated poolside or at a nearby ranch for an al fresco break, the property’s Roadrunner food truck is introducing whimsy, fun and a spectacular new level of “street” cuisine to luxury meetings. The Roadrunner food truck may be booked by planners as part of any meeting or event at the property.
Categories of cuisine and drinks on tap include tacos, sliders, “around the world,” tailgating fare, gastropub grub, deserts ranging from “latin flair” and “Asian inspiration” to “deep fried goodness,” flavored iced teas and non-alcoholic beverages, or “mocktails.”
The Ritz Carlton, Dove Mountain features 209 guest rooms and 44 suites along with 44,000 square feet of meeting space.
